Microtecnica provides customer support to all operators using our products in the broadest sense.
Our services range from traditional repair and spares services to performance based all inclusive fleet support programs.
Our organization comprises a FAA/EASA approved Repair Station fully responsive to the needs of our customers.
A repair exchange pool is available to operators requiring upfront exchanges or to shorten shop repair TAT’s.
We provide a new 24/7 all-year-round AOG spares service from our distribution centre in Paris and have the ability to stock spares in other hubs around the world.
We provide general customer support in terms of training, technical publications (CMM’s, Service Bulletins and Data Modules) as well as recommendations for support equipment and spare parts initial provisioning.
One of our strategic initiatives is to improve the reliability and maintainability of your aircraft by continuously monitoring field removals of our products, analysing removal reasons and by developing improvement measures.
