These notes describe how the website is managed in terms of handling the personal details of the people who use it.
The information complies with article 13 of legislative decree no. 196/2003 regarding protection of personal details, and is intended for those who make use of Microtecnica S.r.l. (Microtecnica) web-based services.

These notes are also driven by the Advisory Note n° 2/2001 that the European authorities in charge of the personal data protection , part of the working group created by Article 29 of the European directive n° 95/46/CE, have taken on may 17th, 2001 to identify the minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data and, specifically, form, times and nature of the information that the responsible of the handling have to provide to the users when they are accessing the website independently from the purpose of the access.

The responsible (Titolare) for handling personal data provided through this website is Microtecnica S.r.l., with registered office in Piazza Arturo Graf 147, 10126 Torino Italy. The person in charge of data handling as per Article 29 of the above mentioned legislative decree is the Microtecnica Human Resources Director.

Place of data handling

The handling of data relating to website services takes place at the above mentioned head office of Microtecnica and are carried out by technical personnel specifically in charge of data handling, or by other technicians who might perform occasional maintenance tasks that are identified as in charge of performing the related activities of data handling.
No information deriving from web services is released or communicated.
The personal information provided by users who request material to be sent to them or who are sending comments or who apply to work at or with Microtecnica (including, but not limited to, curriculum vitae, etc.) is used only in order to provide the service, or to carry out the request, and is communicated to third parties only in cases where it is necessary to do so for such purposes.

Navigation data
